업무 요약:

Digital Project Manager는 작업의 현지화를 담당합니다. QA 전문 지식을 제공하는 프로듀서 및 에이전시 파트너 팀과 협력하여 디지털 공간에서 제품 캠페인 및 계절 캠페인을 관리합니다.
프로듀서는 개발자 및 번역팀과 협력하여 클라이언트 웹사이트를 한국 시장에 맞게 현지화하고, Interactive 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 및 마케팅 채널을 구현합니다.

이 역할의 주요 업무에는 프로젝트 관리, 온사이트 또는 원격 현지화 워크숍 주도, Cross-functional 팀과의 협업, eDM 커뮤니케이션 관리, 크리에이티브 및 프로덕션 팀과 협력하여 프로젝트를 제작하고, 다국어로 현지 특화 콘텐츠를 제공 및 완료하는 것이 포함됩니다. 모든 프로젝트는 WW 글로벌 일정에 맞춰 동시에 출시되어야 하며, 빠듯한 일정 속에서 수행됩니다.

비즈니스 전반에 걸친 관계를 관리하며 글로벌 파트너 및 현지 이해 관계자에게 프로젝트 상태를 정기적으로 공유

Interactive 프로젝트 리소스 및 일정 관리, 주요 경로 파악을 통한 프로젝트 진행 및 품질/구현 관리

내부 이해 관계자와 특정 니즈 및 프로모션에 대해 협의

글로벌 Marcom 및 현지 에이전시 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 웹 및 eDM 현지화 프로세스 개선을 위한 솔루션 제안 및 제공

CMS, 번역 소프트웨어, 웹 개발 등 Interactive 인프라 관련 프로그램의 주요 연락 담당 역할 수행

특정 시장을 위한 출시 및 라이프사이클 eDM 캐던스 계획 및 조정

소비자 온라인 행동 패턴에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 최적화 및 클릭 경로에 대한 인사이트 제공

조직 및 클라이언트 측 다양한 부서와 긴밀히 협업

지역 사이트/eDM에 표시되는 모든 제품/서비스 정보의 정확성과 품질 확보

모든 디지털 에셋은 Marcom 가이드라인을 준수하고, 지역 사이트/eDM 간의 일관성 유지

모든 번역 자료는 지역 시장의 브랜드 가이드라인에 부합해야 함

지원 자격:

학사 학위 소지자 및 웹 프로젝트 관리 경력 2년 이상 (디지털 에이전시 경력자 우대)

뛰어난 대인관계 능력 및 기술/비즈니스 부서와의 협업 능력

백엔드 웹 코딩 및 인프라에 대한 높은 이해와 관련 기술 보유

HTML 및 CSS 코딩 특성에 대한 이해 (직접 경험자 우대)

Adobe Photoshop 사용 경험자 우대

Mac과 PC 모두에서 숙련된 작업 능력 보유자 선호

Cross-functional 팀과 협업 가능하며 멀티태스킹 능력을 갖춘 결과 중심형 인재

한국어 및 영어 모두 유창한 분
