Job Summary:
The Digital Project Manager will work directly with the Digital Programme Director in RX technology (Gtech) to monitor development of ongoing ang incoming activities concerning digital product adoption within the global RX organization. In particular, the role will largely involve administrative tasks such as data gathering, reports delivery and maintenance, meeting coordination and documentation, sharepoint site management, and other related functions. This role is vital to the success of RX as a whole in a changing economic and digital landscape.
Accountabilities:
Update and provide Delivery Metrics from the project roadmap as neededOrganize meetings, including Town Halls, performing associated tasks such as sending invites, monitoring attendance, coordinating preparation of presentation decks, and overall management of the meetingCreate/review minutes from meetings and follow up concerned parties on action itemsMonitor update of needed reports, engaging with responsible parties to coordinate timely refresh of data on reports iteration, CTO, CEO, Monthly Metrics, etc.Prepare all necessary information for conduct of status reviews (Check & Change meetings) and do relevant actions stemming from said reviews like checking tickets and conducting follow ups on involved partiesDocumentation on actions, decisions, risk updates, etc.Manage the Value Log, coordinating updates, reviewing LT playbacks on value, tracking next steps, provide support in cross referencing between value log and roadmap, and setting up regular reviews, updates, and comms.Maintain data on third-party staff to be used for invoices validation and/or budget trackingQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holderMust have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this positionEssential skills and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in business EnglishGood coordination skillsStakeholder management with business stakeholders in globally distributed business unitsProject Management, including risk management and status updatesExperience working with a multi-cultural organisation across time zone and country boundariesService-oriented approachExperience in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and TrelloValue-adding skills
