**Responsibilities**

+ Determine and define project scope and objectives
+ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
+ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
+ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
+ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
+ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
+ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
+ Operational role without involvement in project budgeting and cost management.
+ Able to work with cross functional teams and build timelines accordingly
+ Able to analyze the creatives and make decisions to brief creative team on the changes internally
**Qualifications**
+ At least 1 year of working experience in similar role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
+ Capable to work in fast-paced projects and environment
+ Liaison with Digital Creative team to create mock ups/visuals/copywriting for digital campaigns deliverables (covers Display Ads, Landing Page, EDM, and etc.)
+ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)
+ Detailed oriented
+ Strong client servicing skills
+ Proven ability to solve problems creatively
+ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
+ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
**Additional beneficial (though not required) skills will include**
+ Experience in running projects in inter-departments/companies
+ Experience in working on Dynamic Creative Optimisation campaigns
+ Working with different roles such as developers, designers, animators, account servicing, etc.
+ Experience in handling projects related to Adobe Experience Manager Website updates/Landing page build.
