The Digital Product Training Manager will lead JLG’s customer-facing online/digital training initiatives. This person will manage the planning, development, and implementation of digital training content and programs for JLG customers. This person is responsible for video production and distribution, online training content development and implementation– self-paced and live, the JLG University Learning Management System (LMS), and other digital training initiatives.
YOUR IMPACT
Maintain and improve JLGU LMS systems
Manage video production schedule and process
Manage and expand the use of the Brightcove video platform
Manage online training content development schedule and process
Prioritize multimedia development requests and schedule team appropriately
Gather customer feedback on JLG Training online content and systems
Meet business goals established for Digital team
Manage the AccessReadyXR VR platform growth and sales
Research and recommend learning technology
Coordinate JLG’s online training initiatives with other JLG stakeholders – Marketing, DT, Aftermarket
Create metrics/KPI’s/dashboard for tracking Digital team’s task/project completion status
Support the training call center operations
Manage the budget for the digital team including:
Training Systems Hosting and Customization
Outside Contracting for Digital Product Development
Training and Development of Digital Team
Multimedia Software and Hardware
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Work with a variety of customer populations with focus on customer satisfaction
Provide information and respond to correspondence (written and verbal) from customers and employees
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in related field
Eight plus years of related experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with instructional design for online courses
Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CAD and 3D modelling software
Experience with video production software
Experience with Learning Management System
Pay Range:
$91,800.00 - $153,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
