Digital Product Sr Manager
Overview The Senior Product Manager – Sales Force Applications (SFA) will lead the development and harmonization of frontline sales tools across PepsiCo's global Foods and Beverages businesses. This leader will own discovery, rationalization, and delivery of a modern, unified SFA platform while integrating emerging technologies like AI, image recognition, and predictive insights to elevate commercial execution. The role will also lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning and product budgeting for the SFA space, ensuring proper alignment between capability roadmap, funding needs, and organizational priorities. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a global platform and team from the ground up. Responsibilities Product Vision, Design & Development Lead the global discovery and documentation of SFA tools, use cases, and user pain points across Foods and Beverages. Define the product strategy and long-term roadmap for harmonized, mobile-first, scalable SFA platforms. Integrate next-gen capabilities including AI-based recommendations, image recognition, and offline execution tracking. Serve as a subject matter expert across global SFA platforms and best practices. Build and lead a high-performing product team to execute on vision across phases and geographies. Execution & Agile Product Management Drive the product lifecycle across planning, delivery, launch, and iteration. Own backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-squad coordination. Partner with engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure delivery of high-value, user-centric features. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including app adoption, visit execution quality, and order conversion. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership Serve as the global voice for SFA tools—partnering with sector commercial leads, global IT, and digital teams to drive alignment and support. Facilitate governance forums and workshops to ensure consistent communication and prioritization across stakeholder groups. Lead workshops and engagement sessions with end users, markets, and BUs to co-develop features that drive impact. AOP Planning & Product Budgeting Own the annual financial planning process for the SFA product area. Develop and manage product budget aligned to roadmap investments, staffing needs, and global rollouts. Track actuals vs. plan and work with Finance and S&T leaders to adjust based on evolving priorities or resourcing needs. Identify and quantify ROI for major product initiatives and technology transitions. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility, target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications 9+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Transformation, with exposure to enterprise sales, field tools, or commercial execution platforms. Proven track record of global platform delivery, including discovery, strategy, and execution. Experience building and scaling teams, including coaching and people leadership. Strong understanding of SFA tools, CRM systems, and integration with order capture and execution systems. Exposure to advanced technologies such as AI, computer vision, smart automation, and mobile-first design. Proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional program management. Demonstrated experience in AOP planning, budgeting, and financial tracking for product organizations. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Product, Engineering, or Business preferred.
