As a Digital Product Specialist - On Site Search at ADI Global Distribution, you will support the Digital Product Owner in enhancing and evolving the onsite search experience across our digital platforms. This role focuses on assisting with managing a critical product that connects users to the information they need, enabling better product discovery, research, and purchasing decisions. You'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to help drive improvements and deliver meaningful innovations in the onsite search experience.

JOB DUTIES:
Product Vision & Strategy:Assist the Digital Product Owner in refining and communicating the product vision for onsite search.Contribute to goal setting and roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.User Experience & Adoption:Support user research efforts to uncover needs, behaviors, and pain points.Help develop strategies to enhance user adoption and maximize the value of search functionalities.Data-Driven Backlog Management:Analyze search performance metrics, user feedback, and behavioral data to suggest opportunities for improvement.Collaborate on prioritizing features and improvements that align with business goals.Content Management & Quality:Work closely with digital merchandising and content teams to ensure search results are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.Support the establishment and maintenance of content governance practices.Product Performance Monitoring:Assist in tracking key metrics, such as search relevance, accuracy, and system performance.Provide input on strategies for continuous optimization.Collaboration & Communication:Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and align efforts, including digital experience (DX) team members in product, marketing, UX, development, and the broader customer experience (CX) organization.Keep stakeholders informed and engaged in product updates and progress.Development Oversight:Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups to support the development process.Ensure requirements are well-documented and provide clarifications as needed.YOU MUST HAVE:
2+ years of experience in a Junior Product Owner, Search Analyst/Engineer, or similar role.Creative thinking and adaptability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for improving search relevance and performance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with agile development processes.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.WE VALUE:
Familiarity with Coveo, Elasticsearch, or other enterprise search solutions, including configuration, analytics, and relevance tuning.Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and their impact on onsite search, including metadata, keywords, and other relevant data fields.Basic experience with APIs, data feeds, or platform integrations, particularly in the context of search-related applications.Familiarity with e-commerce in the B2B distribution or wholesale sectors, particularly industries in the security, AV, low-voltage, or similar products space.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
