Overview DPA's Digital Product Quality Sr. Manager oversees the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) for S&T Global Programs, driving consistency in delivery methodologies, processes, activities, and deliverables through the creation standardized playbooks. Responsibilities Oversees the delivery lifecycle of each S&T Global Program. Drives consistency in delivery methodologies, processes, activities, and deliverables through the development of standardized playbooks for teams to follow. Actively seeks out risks and understands issues related to Product Delivery. Conducts retrospectives, assessments, and audits (in partnership with Global Controls) to highlight gaps, build consensus on required step changes, and align program teams toward coherent remediation strategies. Drives critical communication upwards across the portfolio (e.g., key decisions to be made, cost, vendor solution gaps, compliance issues, training and maintenance requirements, etc.). Provides the right amount of information – descriptions are concise, timelines have estimates, clarifies who owns the work, calls out risks and blockers with a path forward, etc. Partners with business leaders, vendor executives, engineering leadership, and other internal stakeholders on innovation, pursuit, and delivery plans. Negotiates priorities without building resentment. Influences executive decisions (internal/external). Participates in strategic initiatives related to OKR/KPI definition, operating model refinement, process implementation, budgeting/forecasting, compliance, and vendor relations. Actively develops and expands team capabilities. People leader who fosters a sense of team connection, makes sure ideas are heard and respected, and structure growth opportunities. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in either Business, Computer Science, or Engineering 10+ years of work experience, or 5-8 years of relevant experience either in CPG digital transformation organizations or with a Top-Tier consulting firm Seasoned PMO leader with proven track record for implementing and scaling frameworks, concepts, methods, tools, and processes across both sectors and functions. Ability to define a business model and drive a comprehensive solution strategy. Knows how to sequence investments to maximize long-term success and synthesize data into a comprehensive portfolio-view. Understands the legacy of technology decisions. Knows how to limit solutions and processes that pose serious consequences or that add unnecessary complexity. Can discuss trends and challenges of a particular technology with different audiences, from engineer to executive. Knows how to structure a technology roadmap to avoid rushed launches, short-term workarounds, inadequate testing, outages, or otherwise stressing teams. Capable of managing a business area where the longer-term business and/or technology strategy is new or evolving.
