We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Digital Product & Proposition Development Manager plays a key role in driving digital growth across 11 MMB Asia markets by developing innovative digital propositions, supporting market localisation, and managing strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure digital strategies align with client needs and market trends, contributing to the organisation’s competitive edge and digital transformation initiatives.
We will count on you to:
Lead the development and launch of new paid-for digital products, collaborating with local teams and internal functions such as legal, compliance, finance, and marketing.Understand customer needs and support strategies to make digital products relevant to MMB Asia markets.Consolidate client feedback for continuous optimisation of digital propositions and product features.Oversee the creation of supporting collateral, training materials, and processes to ensure successful product adoption and customer onboarding.Drive the scaling of digital propositions across additional Asian markets, ensuring regional alignment.Work with advisory, vendor management, and marketplace teams to establish and refine frameworks for onboarding and managing digital partners.What you need to have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, employee benefits, insurance broking, or digital solution ownership.Degree or diploma in a relevant field.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.Initiative-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of digital trends and their application within the insurance industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluency in English and preferably another Asian language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Malaysia, or Bahasa Indonesia.What makes you stand out:
