Job DescriptionDrive product delivery for e-commerce solutions such as Token and Click to Pay for issuers, acquirers, PSPs, merchants and other customers & stakeholders in the NetherlandsSupport and help drive sales engagements as knowledge expert of the relevant products in the Dutch market contextWork closely with Visa teams in Central Europe and European Hub to scale adoption, including understanding and addressing associated impacts and requirements, proactively providing local knowledge and insightsManage day to day and ad-hoc requests, incl. issue resolution, management presentations & alignments, key analyses and follow-upsWork closely with industry and internal stakeholders across the organisation to understand market needs and improve solutions with enhancements that lead to better performance, competitiveness, market fit, pricing and other go-to-market requirementsProvide input to the product innovation process, particularly relating to improvements in existing frameworksProvide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectivesAdapt overall programme tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunitiesReview market activity to ensure product propositions remain performant, differentiated and compellingIndependently run projects and manage the end-to-end delivery thereof, incl. planning, alignment, stakeholder engagement, , tracking & monitoring of progressProvide support and direction to Cluster Product teams as required, incl. support with ad-hoc requests and ensuring right prioritisation & Hub support of key initiatives based on annual planning and strategic outlookSupport key priorities and initiatives from Central Europe and European leadership as requiredAs requirements of this role evolve, be flexible and adapt to growing and changing needs of the Dutch and Product teams you will be part ofThis is a hybrid position. Qualifications• Excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English
• Good knowledge and experience of the payments industry, local payments market and ecosystem. Knowledge of Visa business and its products and services is a plus
• Go-To-Market experience in technology roles
• Ability to bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem-solving, ideally with experience in consulting or an in-house strategy function
• Ability to transpose business and technical understanding to relevant market inputs with sales and product teams
• Excellent relationship builder – Collaborative, diplomatic and flexible with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels
• Pro-active and effective communicator, with experience at presenting information to all levels, with the ability to facilitate group discussions and communicate effectively across geographic and functional lines and levels
• Hands-on attitude, feeling comfortable to roll up the sleeves and go into the detail, but maintaining a good sense of prioritisation and cutting to the chase quickly where needed
• Curious and inquisitive problem solver - thrives in difficult and big problem spaces
