Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a full-time Digital Product Manager (Multiple openings) in Minneapolis, MN. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the strategy and vision required for digital experiences to stay ahead of constantly evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs.

Specific duties include: (1) identify the next-generation use case that aligns with Product’s long-term strategy and delivers the maximum impact on the aligned partners; (2) conduct competitive analysis to shape a compelling product vision and differentiate offerings in the marketplace; (3) collaborate with development teams to build API products aligned with the product vision and strategy; (4) leverage expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain to address complex industry challenges; (5) author Swagger documentation for REST APIs, adhering to enterprise data exchange and security standards; (6) collaborate on API service design and documentation for capabilities across credit card user journeys such as card application, account management, card management and rewards; (7) manage the product lifecycle using data driven decisions, customer interviews, and marketing intelligence; (8) make product roadmap decisions and have overall ownership of the API as a product; and (9) work in the Banking and Financial services domain; (10) product management experience with creating product charters, personas and roadmaps; and (11) oversee the entire API lifecycle, from ideation to deprecation while following API best practices, including versioning and backward compatibility.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related occupation. Will accept a bachelor’s degree equivalent based on evaluation prepared by a qualified credential evaluator.

Required Skills/Experience:
3 years experience working in the Banking and Financial services domain, and 1 year of Agile and 2 years of managing IT products. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) identifying next-generation use cases that align with the product’s long-term strategy, delivering maximum impact for stakeholders and partners as well as conducting competitive analysis to shape a compelling product vision and differentiate offerings in the marketplace; (2) collaborate with development teams to build API products aligned with the product vision and strategy and authoring Swagger documentation for REST APIs, adhering to enterprise data exchange and security standards; (3) product management experience with creating product charters, personas and roadmaps; (4) collaborating on API service design and documentation for capabilities across credit card user journeys such as card application, account management, card management and rewards; and (5) overseeing the entire API lifecycle, from ideation to deprecation while following API best practices, including versioning and backward compatibility. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.

Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $156,291 - $176,100
