As a Digital Product Manager, Lead you’ll operate at the intersection of product management and design, acting as a trusted partner to product, delivery, technology and other business teams. Your goal will be to create digital experiences that drive conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Digital Strategy, Journey, and Experience: Own digital experiences for key product areas, from discovery to delivery—helping to frame problems, craft solutions, and validate through testing.
• Product Partner Leadership: Be a frontline collaborator with Product Managers—helping define MVP scopes, participate in roadmap planning, and identify experience opportunities.
• Customer-Centered Problem Solving: Champion customer research, user analytics, and data insights to ensure we’re solving the right problems. Bring deep empathy for users, paired with the pragmatism to focus on impactful solutions.
• End-to-End Experience Thinking: Understand all steps of the funnel with a desire to make each step valuable and meaningful in the client journey – where do users navigate from and where do they go next; challenge the status quo
• Influence and drive an experience first culture: Actively participate in product reviews and design critiques, mentor peers, and help elevate experience standards through new product deliver and ongoing enhancements that drive customer loyalty, primacy, and satisfaction
• Product Fluency and Market Awareness: You understand product strategy, can contribute to business cases, and know how to balance user needs with business goals. Know the market, your customer, and the proper product fit.
• Visual Thinker First: Present customer journeys through a series of screens and actions, but understand the data requirements needed to bring the customer experience to life
• Tool Proficiency: skilled in design collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, or Miro; comfortable digging into analytics through tools such as Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, or Google Analytics
• Storytelling: Able to walk partners, leaders, and other stakeholders through a client journey emphasizing the experience and outcomes; Ability to influence partners and stakeholders, bring people together, and drive clarity in the customer journey
• Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
• Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third-party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development.
• Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
