Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Define requirements for a Global Private Banking digital channels and content distribution tool, while supporting the delivery of various digital initiatives within the digital teamSupporting E2E delivery of multiple digital products throughout the various stages of product lifecycle, coordinating between business stakeholders, 2LOD and technology teams to complete delivery and drive adoption / commercializationResponsible for liaison and alignment with wider business stakeholders within and beyond Global Private Banking functions, such as Wealth and Premier Solutions, IWPB, and Proposition for organizational alignment. Collaboration with key business stakeholders to build strategic solutions that will drive customer growth, propensity sales leads and business successPromote digital commercialization and drive engagement required for the implementation of various digital tools, across various markets and applicationsTracking of overall adoption upon of launched tools, enabling further content distribution and outreach to our regional staff and clients
