Your role in the team
The Digital Product Manager owns the design, development and execution of new product and service offerings and capabilities. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for supporting business development, setting and delivering growth goals for the portfolio and leading a team of product managers for their digital product area. The manager creates and manages the strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by the product family. There are a range of Digital Product Manager roles available at different levels.Key Responsibilities

Allstate is unable to provide sponsorship for this position.Proven experience of at least 3+ years as a Digital Product Manager (Senior Consultant level) or 4+ years for the Digital Product Manager (Lead) or 5+ years for the Digital Product Manager (Expert).Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing Demonstrable experience in effectively communicating complex and innovative product concepts to cross-functional development teams.Proven ability to apply data-driven decision-making to influence product direction and prioritisation.Strong, proven capability in breaking down complex initiatives into incremental and iterative deliverables aligned with Agile best practices.Definite product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.Additional Responsibilities for Lead and Expert Digital Product Manager
Expert Level must have 2+ years’ experience in leading global teams and inspire cross-functional teams.Proven experience influencing across product management peers within the product family, as well as across the product managing engineer & platform consultant Proven experience operating and driving the product strategy & roadmap independently Proven experience operating as a ‘coach’ partnering & mentoring early-in-trade product management peers across a broader technology organisation; a known expert in the organizationDesirable Experience
Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred. Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions. Experience working in the insurance industry or with enterprise-level software solutions.Supervisory Experience:
