Digital Product Manager
**Responsibilities** + Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to gather insights and define product requirements. + Analyze the current commerce system to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation. + Define and prioritize product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. + Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap for the commerce system redesign. + Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. + Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and accessible user experiences. + Work closely with design, development, QA and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. + Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases using agile methodologies. + Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing phases to ensure a smooth transition. + Act as the primary liaison between business, design, and technical teams. + Coordinate with different LOBs to ensure readiness for launch. + Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. + Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. + Drive continuous iteration and optimization based on analytics and stakeholders’ feedback + Stay informed about e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, then use them to improve the current system **Job Requirements** + Proven ability to gather and analyze user insights to define product requirements and identify system improvements. + Strong skills in setting and prioritizing product goals and success metrics. + Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and translating business needs into actionable product plans. + Proficiency in agile methodologies for managing product development cycles, including sprint planning and backlog management. + Expertise in overseeing data migration, system integration, and testing processes. + Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Ability to monitor and optimize product performance, leveraging the latest e-commerce trends and best practices. \#LI-AL1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
