Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. Role Definition + Provides guidance and support on advanced features, customizing, implementing and integrating the digital product. Responsibilities + Support Cat Financial’s digital experiences, focusing on Cat Card and Cat Credits. + Execute the vision for Cat Financial's eCommerce experience by collecting business requirements, creating prototypes, supporting agile processes, testing, and delivery. + Manage change, drive user adoption, and track metrics for implementing best-in-class digital offerings. + Consult with 1 to 2 industry groups on eBusiness capabilities. + Support global digital execution within enterprise tools, processes, and strategies. + Drive digital projects that identify linkages and synergies across business units, industries, and Dealers. + Collaborate, coordinate, train, communicate, and align with internal and Dealer partners. + Coordinate materials and efforts to convey and execute digital strategy, focusing on eCommerce acceleration. + Work with dealer and ERP vendor partners to plan projects, coordinate testing, and confirm work completion. + Solve issues requiring careful analysis and diagnosis, and communicate resolutions to dealers, vendors, business partners, and stakeholders. + Perform other job duties as assigned. What Top Candidates Bring: + 1 to 4 years of experience in eBusiness, eCommerce, digital marketing, technical marketing, marketing communications, or corporate communications. + A college or university degree, or equivalent experience. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. + Proficiency in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and the ability to resolve differences and issues effectively. + Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. + Experience in project coordination, including communication and change management planning. + Basic knowledge of current digital capabilities such as mobility, eCommerce, digital marketing, UI/UX, ERP systems, and analytics.
