Responsibilities include

Understand key business objectives and strategy of the productWork with business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of directionWork with third party partners to coordinate integration and deliverables related to websiteMaintain and refine backlogCreate user stories and acceptance criteriaEnsure stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the engineering team; work with team to clarify stories as necessaryUnderstand and support inter-team dependencies, as applicablePartner with development team to set and communicate release date and scopeLead POD scrum meetingsA strong communicator. Explaining complex concepts shouldn't be a problem for you.Comfortable and effective at juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced work environment.You are scrappy. Requirements

Relevant experience in a product role or requirements intake roleKnowledge of agile development methodologies and tools; experience writing user stories or the ability and desire to learn quicklyExperience with ecommerce tools and website design a plus, especially WebSphere CommerceStrong communication skillsAbility to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partnersStrong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $73,500.00.
