Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead a team that drives process and digital excellence in global procurement. You’ll collaborate across departments to implement sourcing standards and tools, analyze supply chain data, and report insights to key stakeholders. Your contribution will directly support B&R’s global procurement goals, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and strategic alignment.

Drive Process Excellence & Digital Transformation: Lead implementation and continuous improvement of global sourcing processes and tools; train and audit procurement teams; represent Global Procurement in cross-functional projects.Implement and Maintain Procurement Tools: Roll out new digital sourcing tools and optimize existing IT systems to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and visualize complex data sets related to supply, inventory, cost, and sustainability; enable data-driven decisions at all business levels.Support Strategic Sourcing & Compliance: Contribute to sourcing strategies, target setting, and ensure adherence to ABB's integrity standards, code of conduct, and audit requirements.

University degree, preferably in economics or engineeringSeveral years of experience in international procurement or supply chain managementStrong passion for process design, tools, and data analyticsExcellent project management, strategic thinking, and presentation skillsInspiring leadership and effective team management capabilitiesFluent in German and English languageProficiency in MS Office; SAP MM experience is a plus

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4,341.85 - 4,762.59 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
