Your Opportunity: Taylor is hiring a Digital Printer Operator

This is your opportunity to join a solid team where you can work with high-quality printing equipment, stay busy, and feel good about what you produce each shift. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and like to see the results of your work, this is a role worth checking out.

What you'll do:

Set up and run digital printing equipment based on job specs

Mix inks to the right color and consistency

Load the right paper stock (type, size, color, quantity)

Check plates and print quality throughout the run

Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance

Work with your team to prioritize and adjust jobs when needed

Follow all safety and quality standards

Operate a variety of equipment like punch press, folder, laminator, photocopiers with finishing, and more

What you bring:

Solid mechanical skills—you can fine-tune moving parts and keep things running

Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Good reading comprehension (you’ll need to follow job specs and instructions)

Experience running print or production equipment is a plus

 Your Shift: 2nd Shift

You Must Have:

Ability to fine-tune machine settings to match exact specs

Strong math skills and sharp attention to detail

Mechanical know-how—you’re comfortable working with tools and moving parts

Solid reading skills so you can follow work instructions and job tickets accurately

Requirements Within This Position:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:
• High School Diploma/GED
