**Job Description**
We are looking a highly creative and detail-oriented **Digital Presentation Designer** to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, brand-consistent presentations, primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint with the occasional use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in an agency design/production role, familiarity with financial services-industry subject matter from prior work with clients, comfort delivering on short timelines, and possess a strong eye for detail.
**Responsibilities:**
Design and produce visually engaging presentations that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content and messaging goals, ensuring clarity and visual impact.
Create custom graphics, charts, and infographics using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator).
Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for use in presentations.
Maintain and evolve presentation templates and asset libraries.
Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and visual standards across all presentations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Partner with Copywriters on content and design for some assignments.
Communicate with Project Managers and Proofreaders/QA team members to implement further revisions as needed during internal review.
**Qualifications:**
Must present a portfolio of digital and print design client work that demonstrates an ability to absorb, interpret, and apply client creative briefs and internal direction.
Must have strong typography skills and an understanding of color theory.
Must demonstrate a strong understanding of how-to best leverage photography and illustration to enhance design.
Fluency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud required.
Experience in Canva and Apple Keynote is a plus
Experience with light video and audio editing for embedded multimedia content is also a plus.
Should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Baseline understanding of Financial Services domain markets is a plus, including insurance, banking, or investments.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to strict design standards.

**Salary Transparency**
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000/ year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
