Digital PMO & CRM Deployment Manager - Americas
**Job Title: Digital PMO & CRM Deployment Manager – Americas** **City: Mexico** **Work Model: Hibryd** **Clevel: G Level** As a Regional Deployment Lead, based in Mexico, where you will work closely with team members on diverse, cross-functional initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and effective communication across the organization. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Deploy & Support + Lead deployment & reporting of digital solutions, measuring adoption and success metrics to ensure the deployed solutions meet the business requirements and expectation. + Conduct training sessions for regional teams in local language if needed, including deployment and ongoing skill enhancement session, including tailor material or translate in local language if needed. + Oversee and coordinate the deployment of digital solutions (Starting with CX360 Project: CRM Microsoft Dyanmics) within the assigned region. + Ensure deployment timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved in alignment with global and related business Goals. + Monitor & Report + Report to relevant stakeholders (Group and BU), the results of deployment and adoption maturity. + Ensure teams follow the agreed deployment methodology e.g., Train the Trainers, based on CoE. + Management of specific regional requirements and needs, communicating and escalating relevant project issues during & after deployments. + Support CX BU data management and acting as BU data steward for CX related data. + Understand business needs and specificities. + Act as regional advocate reporting to BU and Group the needs/requirements related to digital tools and processes of designated region. **You Bring** • A degree in computer science or engineering and experience in supply chain management • +10 years of experience in deployment of new solutions (process & Digital) in the Customer Experience area, based on anlytics, insights and strategy • Experience in Project Management and out of the box thinking on new solutions to improve the experience of our customers and our Teams, • Experience in Supply Chain Management -- driving transformation with customer focus • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable • Abilities of analysis, organization, presentation, communication and teamwork • A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives. **We Bring** • Join a highly socially and environmentally responsible company • Work in a global and intercultural environment • The ability to be a part of a highly creative and imaginative team in an incredibly competitive and inspiring industry • Creative mindset to inspire our customers and consumers worldwide • Leadership, learning, training and development plans • Competitive base salary, variable compensation plans and an enviable set of benefitst. **How to apply** Interested in this job?
