Summary of Objective:
The Digital Platforms Analyst, Technical Lead is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for overseeing the technical direction, operational stability, and security of the pci | bridge digital platform. In partnership with the product team, this role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external development partners, ensuring the successful delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of custom software solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of secure development practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. This position plays a critical role in aligning platform capabilities with business goals while upholding the highest standards of performance, quality, and compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, including product manager, customer success, developers, JDE team, devops and QA. Guide technical decisions, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and mentor internal team members on best practices in software development and platform operations. Own and drive the resolution of complex support tickets and service requests submitted to the pci | bridge team by internal and external stakeholders by supporting debugging and root cause analysis. Serve as the primary liaison with ITSM to ensure timely updates, escalations, and closure of issues in alignment with service level expectations. Review and provide feedback on technical designs, architecture proposals, and code deliverables from external development partners and internal contributors. Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, scalability, maintainability, and security. Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of testing initiatives, including IT Change Requests, UAT, and automated testing frameworks. Champion quality assurance best practices and ensure robust validation of platform functionality prior to release. Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges across the platform. Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions that enhance platform stability, performance, and security. Maintain deep expertise in development tools and observability platforms (e.g., Java, Jira, AWS, SQL, CodeClimate, GitHub, etc.) and ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements relevant to pci | bridge. Act as the internal security advocate, ensuring secure development practices and risk mitigation strategies are embedded throughout the SDLC. Oversee the integration of the platform with internal systems and data pipelines, ensuring seamless interoperability, data integrity, and secure data exchange across the enterprise ecosystem. Monitor emerging technologies, security threats, and digital trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance platform capabilities, user experience, and operational resilience. Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, development workflows, testing protocols, and security controls. Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define specifications that drive innovation and meet strategic objectives. Adheres to established Agile software development practices. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
College Level Mathematical Skills
Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
Strong knowledge of web development technologies and prior development experience.
Prior use of tools listed in the job responsibilities.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Prior experience working with JDE.
