Responsible for supporting and advancing the GIES digital platform and suite of services by driving global process alignment, enhancing user experience, and enabling commercialization of digital offerings. Operating across regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia PAC), this role coordinates customer and inspector onboarding, manages platform enhancements, and partners cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial teams to support new product rollouts, training assets, and analytics reporting. While the role has no direct reports, it serves as a key influencer in shaping digital strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering scalable value through Digital Services.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience managing digital platforms (e.g. websites, e-commerce, CRM)Experience with data analysis and content management systems, such as Adobe Experience ManagerExperience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Familiarity with SEO/SEM, UX/UI best practices, and web accessibility standards.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.Experience working with different geographical areasExperience bringing new services to market

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skillsProject/Program Management and planning experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
