Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for digital performance and innovation? Abbott is looking for a **Digital** **Performance Manager for Nutrition business** to lead and optimize our digital campaigns across multiple channels, driving acquisition and direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth.
Working Location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, HCMC
**🔍 What You’ll Do:**
**Performance Marketing**
+ Collaborate with brand teams to manage digital marketing channels including social media, affiliates, CRM, and website for acquisition campaigns
+ Work closely with agencies to monitor daily campaign performance and ensure alignment with monthly targets
+ Analyze digital performance across channels, optimize media mix, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
+ Identify issues impacting campaign performance and propose quick, effective media solutions
+ Coordinate with CRM team to track lead volume, quality, and new user acquisition
**Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing**
+ Co-develop online sales targets with Brand Managers and build digital plans to achieve them
+ Manage agency execution to ensure efficient ROI across digital campaigns
+ Oversee website implementation and digital tracking tools (e.g., GA4, e-commerce reports)
+ Explore new digital channels and innovations to expand D2C penetration
+ Conduct A/B testing to refine tactics and improve campaign effectiveness
+ Support creative production and promotional schemes tailored to each digital channel
**✅ What We’re Looking For:**
+ **3–5 years** of experience in **Digital Media or Performance Marketing** , preferably with agency background
+ Strong understanding of **social media platforms** (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and lower-funnel optimization
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Business Administration** , or related field
+ Proficient in **English** (verbal and written)
+ Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented
+ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
