Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Full time role - 12 month contract (parental leave)** **4 days in the office Mon- Thurs + Flex 1 day (Friday)** We are looking for a **Digital Performance Manager - Search, Shelf & eCom** to manage our online product presence and optimize our digital shelf space across various e-commerce platforms. **In this role you will:** + Drive online revenue growth across major retailers + Fully manage all search campaigns to meet their marketing objectives + Optimize the digital shelf strategy, coaching a digital shelf merchandiser role reporting into you + Foster a performance culture by sharing insights and results, collecting data and testing hypothesis You will work closely with the Customer Development team, Brand Marketing team, Digital Hub partners, and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media/retail media industry and a background in the digital shelf and paid search landscape. The role also has one direct report - a digital shelf merchandiser. You will oversee the development of the digital shelf to drive brand experience and conversion, and lead reporting to share insights within the wider business. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the wider digital shelf strategy to drive eCommerce growth and superior brand experience, working with cross functional teams and customers, and developing your team’s expertise and results + Expertise in how search mechanics work across all paid and organic search platforms, with a focus on eCommerce + Set overall strategy and lead search campaign execution off-platform (SEO, SEM), and retailer on-platform (e.g., Woolworths, Coles, Chemist Warehouse), managing budgets and bids, optimizing account configuration, keyword targeting and reporting/insights + Continuous measuring & understand results of campaign performance to optimize traffic quality and ROAS, sales and market shares, sharing learnings and optimizing + Understand what quality factors decide brand ranking performance on both paid and organic searches, and then taking action to optimize + Being experimental, testing and learning with new strategies and tools to increasing overall brand visibility and performance + Partner with brand teams to help bring “24/7 always on” campaigns and strategies to life + Build and elevate the Search, Digital Shelf and eCom capabilities of both on and off-platform within a wider organization via. regular update and best practices sharing with key stakeholders as well as through team trainings **Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc):** + Bachelor’s degree + **3+ years work experience with focus in paid search, retail search, eCommerce, digital shelf or similar directly related experience** + Established and proven search experiences on all search platforms + Proficient in the English language **Preferred Requirements:** + Experience working in FMCG/CPG strongly preferred + People manger experience **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
