Digital Payment Solutions ConsultantWhat does a great Client Solutions Consultant do at Fiserv?
As a Client Solutions Consultant in our Digital Payments business unit at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executive and Sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to directly contribute to the success of our teams by introducing innovative consumer and small business money movement services to leading financial institutions in the United States. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented group of individuals across client-facing teams, product management, and product marketing.
What you will do:
Influence the success of Account Management and Sales teams by introducing breakthrough money movement services to financial institutions.Collaborate with Account Executive and Sales teams to present solutions to clients and develop proposals for solution adoption.Conduct training sessions for client-facing teams to enhance their understanding and confidence in pitching solutions.Identify client business requirements and demonstrate how Fiserv solutions address those needs.Collaborate with various departments to architect ideal solutions for clients’ adoption of our Integrated Payment Strategy and NOW Network.Work towards meeting specific sales closure goals quarterly.What You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or technical sales in the financial services industry, preferably in consumer and small business payment solutions.Demonstrated ability to drive sales results in complex sales cycles.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience in launching new solutions in the market and navigating complex client environments.Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.What Would Be Great To Have:
Prior experience in consumer and small business payment solutions, including Consumer and Business Bill Pay, P2P, A2A, payment card, and money transfer products.Skills in solutions selling and ability to understand how Fiserv Digital Payment solutions align with clients' business, technology, and marketing strategies.Salary Range
$110,700.00 - $189,700.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
