Don't miss this chance to join a newly forming presence and support digital innovation for a global leader in heavy machinery! **What will you do:** ** ** We are seeking a skilled and motivated ITSM Operations Tech to join our dynamic team, supporting general ITSM functions, including Change Management and Service Delivery Management duties: + Manage change tickets within the Cat Digital Mission Critical and Helios environments. + Assist in developing and delivering change, incident, problem and defect metric reporting to ensure SLA compliance with support and development teams. + Management and facilitation of documentation for ITSM support processes. + Ensure that ITSM processes and compliance are adhered to by support teams and established SLAs are met. + Support ITSM processes, ensuring that they can be effectively executed by identifying changes to workflow, monitoring progress, performing audits and improving overall efficiency. + Assist with problem management that determines root cause of system interruptions and permanent actions to eliminate repeat occurrences. + Assist in production outage resolution to drive Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) metrics. + Support enhanced functionality based on Continual Service Improvement requirements/changes. + Additional duties as assigned by ITSM Operations management. **This position requires working hours from 14 PM to 10 PM to facilitate close cooperation with our US-based team and help to support coverage during that specific time.** **What you have:** ** ** + **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. + **Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. + **Software Release Management:** Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements; ability to evaluate and improve release management practices and tools. **Education & Experience:** + Education in Information Technologies orrelevant field, orequivalent technical certification/experience. + Some experience in a corporate IT Operations environment, with a focus on IT ServiceManagement (ITSM). + Experience with the use of ServiceNow or similar ITSM software (ie Remedy), specifically Incident Management and Problem Management + Basic understanding of ITIL V4 Foundations principles. **Top Candidates will also have:**   + ITIL V4 Certification + Organizational Incident and Problem Management experience What we offer: At Cat Digital, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and we believe in investing in the development of our employees.
