About this team
A day in the life You are directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of our branded ecommerce channel in Asia, specifically focused on our owned brand websites. Set up KPIs to measure the success of the E-merchandising actions.Aware of the E-Commerce inventory and look for any opportunities that we can take to satisfy guests’ needs at the highest possibilities.Own how our product shows up online, creating unique strategies for how to merchandise our product to maximize sell through also considering with internal parties needs.You build amazing relationships working with partners at our hub in Asia and internal partners at our SSC in Hong Kong to bring lululemon to life digitally for our Guests.Lead the coordination of an amazing internal cross functional team which is responsible to the end-to-end execution of our online store(s) including: buyers, planners, brand coordinators, logistics, customer service, photographers, IT analysts, social media specialists and operations You have a critical eye and an attention to detail that is second to none! You are always performing QA activities to maximize our guest experience. Work closely with product allocation team for inventory control and replenishment.You dive into metrics and analytics to organize the website for maximum sell through and drive sales KPIsSupport the Regional Digital team and in-market team in prioritization and implementation of ad-hoc projects as needed
