Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist Job Description As our Digital Operations Specialist, you’ll support the Operations team in driving the seasonal offense for LATAM NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) channels. You will support the correct operation for seasonal initiatives and key moments that align to the seasonal offense by performing different reporting and operational tasks per channel. Providing on-time updates and solutions for current processes regarding product readiness and platform operation to our NDDC stakeholders will be your main responsibility. We’re looking for a consumer focused leader with experience working in fast-paced environments, to help lead our digital offense. You have experience in (and passion for) digital and retail. We want someone with the skills and ability to lead and/or work cross-functionally, to coordinate alignment for digital processes. **WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?** As the Digital Operations Specialist, you’ll report directly to de MX NDDC Site Ops Manager. You will work cross functionally with Business, Consumer Direct Marketing, DSM, Logistics and Tech functions at Territory, Geo, and Global level to drive our operational processes and to build and execute seasonal planning. **WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE** As our Digital Operations speacialist, we are seeking a great teammate with digital experience to support fast-growing businesses and markets.
