Digital Merchandise Lead (Online Sales and Stock Management)

Job Description

As a Digital Merchandising Lead, you will drive execution of the commercial agenda and merchandising strategy in online channel together with Merchandise Managers to exceed financial targets. You will use your retail knowledge to understand synergies between channels, and interest in product. Your strong analytical ability, and commercial skills, will enable you to constantly improve customer shopping experience in market.

You will: 

Execute regional assortment direction in close alignment to omni merchandising manager.Optimize local selling peaks driven by calendar and customer shopping behavior.Set product and category must-wins for the E-commerce channel.Pick full price, discount and sale activities in line with regional merch direction.Execute commercial reduction, stock management, sale in line with the regional strategy and guidelines.Follow-up on stock and resolve issues together with regional Merchandising manager and E-commerce Lead.Follow-up commercial initiatives in store (visit the site in all touchpoints several times a week) to confirm or adjust actions needed to meet the regional merchandising strategy.Follow-up commercial results & KPIs and benchmark between areas, sales markets and other regions.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You will be part of the regional Merchandising unit. Within the Merchandising team, you will work closely with your Manager, other Digital Leads, as well as cross-functional partners such as Inventory Optimization Leads and Commercial Business Analyst. You will closely collaborate with E-commerce Leads and colleagues from the Customer Activation & Marketing team.

WHO YOU ARE​

Proven leadership capabilities and digital knowledge.Previous experience in executing commercial plan and in and post season stock management.Understanding of products, stock and product lifecycle-management.

Strong in driving commercial product excellence.  Analytical to follow up and estimate performance. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

This is a full-time position with local contract, based in Warsaw, Poland. The Digital Merchandising Lead is part of Merchandising Department and reports to Merchandise Manager.
