**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Senior Digital Planner** to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing digital strategy and execution across multiple accounts, working closely with internal teams and clients to drive results. You’ll also help guide and develop junior talent while reporting to a senior lead.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their digital media career, with exposure to performance, e-commerce, and cross-channel planning.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead end-to-end eCommerce media planning and execution for assigned clients.
+ Collaborate with performance teams to ensure campaign implementation, optimization, and delivery of KPIs.
+ Translate client briefs into actionable strategies that deliver on business goals, within timeline and budget.
+ Provide guidance on digital media channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital marketing plans.
+ Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to deliver proactive strategic insights.
+ Ensure clear communication and documentation with clients and business partners.
+ Elevate team capabilities by leveraging specialist resources and encouraging knowledge sharing.
+ Mentor and support Assistant Planners, helping them grow professionally and improve output quality.
**Qualifications**
+ 1 -2 years of experience in digital planning or account handling with strong campaign exposure.
+ Proven ability to analyze data and extract strategic, actionable insights.
+ Solid understanding of performance channels: Social, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate.
+ Experience with KPI development, media buying, and campaign management tools and platforms.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Confidence in leading client communication and managing expectations on a daily basis.
+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
+ Strong communication skills in both Thai and English is a plus.
