Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media Planning Support:
Develop annual and project-based media strategies, plans, and campaign reports based on market trends, consumer insights, client objectives, and campaign performance. Stay up to date with current digital and social ad formats (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.). Manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person and daily communication. Attend client meetings and routine status calls on-site. Communicate with clients daily via email and phone. Coordinate and track media insertion orders, purchase requests, and campaign timelines. Maintain updated records of media plans, vendor contracts, and delivery confirmations. Liaise with media vendors and internal stakeholders for document submission, approvals, and follow-ups. Support the preparation of post-campaign reports and performance summaries.Finance Related Administration:
Prepare and compile documents for payment requests and ensure compliance with internal approval workflows. Submit payment requests to the finance system and coordinate with the finance team for payment processing. Maintain accurate records of outstanding and completed payments, ensuring proper documentation and audit trails. Monitor invoice submissions and match them with corresponding PR/PO and media schedules.General Administrative Duties:
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all administrative documents. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other clerical duties as needed. Support cross-department communication for media-related matters.
