Job DescriptionReporting to our Media Strategy Director, you will provide digital media recommendations to clients both internal and external, and prepares and implements media plans and other deliverables.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Develop comprehensive digital media strategies for AON's campaigns, ensuring understanding of our goals and goals.Orchestrate the integration of diverse digital media channels, including paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and influencer marketing) and organic channels (SEO, email marketing, CRM, and content marketing), to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.Establish and maintain communication channels with team members and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and agreement on campaign goals.Conduct rigorous data analysis to support strategic decision-making, applying advanced analytical tools and methodologies to extract applicable insights.Oversee the implementation and optimization of full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring performance across all stages of the customer journey.Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring agreement on current business communications.Qualifications2+ years of experience with attribution or quantitative skillsExperience with all things Digital Media; SEM, SEO, Display, and Analytics.Keep up to date on the evolving digital landscape, and how digital fit into the marketing planUnderstanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirementsExperience with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Word, and experience of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
