As the Digital Marketplace Principal Product Manager II, you will guide Video services and Seamless Entertainment experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to influence partnerships, and lead efforts in personalization, content management, and promotions. You will drive seamless customer interactions across all platforms, ensuring a user experience with industry-leading ease of activation, onboarding, and service changes. You will design complex, cross-functional requirements to meet evolving customer needs and manage critical initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Evaluates proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
Provides leadership and innovation for the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
Partners with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.
Provides a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success.
Defines product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success.
Mentors and guides the team to understand our current and potential customer needs through data & research.
Proactively identifies analysis to support the effort and conduct with deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture

The base pay for this position generally is between $124,000.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
