The UPS Store is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and optimize our national and local digital presence across a network of over 5,400 retail locations.
This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue through digital channels including our national website, individual center websites, email marketing, online listings, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Oversee performance and content accuracy for the national website (theupsstore.com) and 5,400+ center websites, which collectively generate hundreds of millions of sessions annually.Email Marketing Leadership: Plan, execute, and analyze national email campaigns (80M+ sends annually with a 59% open rate), ensuring alignment with customer behavior and business goals.SEO & Analytics: Monitor and optimize SEO performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics across all digital assets.Vendor Oversight: Manage relationships with digital vendors and partners to ensure quality, performance, and innovation.Listings & Reviews: Maintain and enhance the health of center listings and reviews on platforms like Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and Yelp.Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure all public-facing websites meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and proper cookie consent implementation.Brand Standards: Audit and enforce brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.Proven success in managing large-scale digital ecosystems and vendor relationships.Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and digital compliance.Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Why Join Us?

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,560/year to $130,800/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
