Digital Marketing Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in development and execution of digital campaigns and content that promote Sycuan Casino Resort’s gaming, hotel, dining and entertainment offerings. This role manages day-to-day digital content, email marketing, and paid media trafficking ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

· Execute and schedule digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid channels under guidance of Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Digital Marketing Content Manager.

· Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, Hotel, Casino Operations etc.) to gather campaign assets and promotional details.

· Supports website updates and ensures accuracy of promotions, event listings, and booking links.

· Supports Digital Marketing Manager in preparing performance summaries, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

· Responsible for ensuring promotions, offers, awards, and newsletter are all distributed according to digital marketing plan and content calendar

· Provides effective leadership by routinely meeting with direct reports, fostering open communication and cooperation between team members, encouraging professional training and development, and providing coaching/guidance and feedback on performance. Responsible for hiring qualified team members

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience

· 2 years of hands on digital marketing experience

· Experience in creating and maintaining marketing and project plans

· Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast paced environments

 

Desirable:

· Digital marketing experience in gaming or hospitality environment

· Experience in a casino, resort, or entertainment environment

· Experience working with Marketing Cloud(Salesforce), specifically AMPscript is preferred

· Experience in HTML/CSS for email Template editing

· Leadership and or Supervisory experience

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

· Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

· Ability to work in a smoking environment

· Ability to appear for work on time

· Schedule flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, holidays and offsite as required
