Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of new digital capabilities, generate actionable data reports, and monitor website performance. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn, take ownership of projects, and grow within a digital team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the launch and implementation of new digital marketing capabilities (e.g., tools, reward programs, automations).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, brand, media) to roll out digital initiatives.Create and manage regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance trends to generate insights.Assist in optimizing digital touchpoints to improve user experience and conversion.Maintain documentation of digital processes, dashboards, and KPIs.Monitor digital KPIs and escalate anomalies or opportunities.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.Requirements2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, or a related field.Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio).Strong analytical and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus if working with LATAM.What We OfferExposure to high-impact digital projects and global teams.Hands-on experience with marketing tools and website analytics.Growth opportunities within the digital marketing organization.Current Employees apply HERE
