Digital Marketing Specialist III

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Oversee multiple PPC accounts and campaigns across diverse platforms to maximize conversion opportunities.Performance Optimization: Work hand-in-glove with our skilled PPC team to fine-tune campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.Stakeholder Collaboration: Directly engage with stakeholders for comprehensive audits, meticulous buildouts, and in-depth reporting.Maintenance and Analysis: Dedicate yourself to the daily upkeep and analytical review of campaigns, drawing insights to guide strategic decisions.Innovation and Reporting: Regularly present new ideas and strategies based on thorough analysis to stay ahead of the curve in PPC trends.
 

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years in a prominent PPC role is preferred, showcasing a history of measurable successes.Expertise in Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Tag Manager, with a particular welcome for candidates versed in GTM Server Side.Analytics and Reporting Savvy: Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to craft detailed, persuasive reports.Detail-Oriented Approach: Immaculate attention to detail for oversight and optimization.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities, combined with a talent for articulate presentation.Content Creation: Stellar writing proficiency for crafting captivating ad copy and engaging content.Innovative Mindset: A creative thinker who can envision and implement novel solutions.Analytical Acumen: Analytical prowess to dissect data and glean actionable insights.Research and Problem-Solving: Strong research capabilities and an aptitude for overcoming challenges with strategic solutions.
 

Performance Metrics:

The PPC Specialist will be held accountable for critical performance metrics including, but not limited to:

Conversion Rate: Maximizing the percentage of visitors who take the desired action.Click-Through Rate (CTR): Enhancing the ratio of ad clicks to impressions.Cost Per Conversion: Lowering the expense of acquiring a customer.Google Tags: Effectively managing and utilizing Google Tags for tracking and optimization efforts.
