Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of loyalty and personalization initiatives across Whataburgers digital platforms. This contract role plays a critical part in delivering seamless customer experiences through digital offers, rewards, and promotional campaigns. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging digital marketing activations. Manage the end-to-end programming of all digital offers and rewards across three integrated systems. This includes coordinating with RT, building offers in Xenial and WebAdmin, collecting creative assets, updating terms and conditions, and scheduling testing for all new promotions. Oversee paper coupon updates on a per-period basis. Ensure each paper coupon has a corresponding digital offer. Request creative assets and test functionality for each. Handle fraud account management by uploading flagged accounts to Xenial for deactivation 48 times per month. Create and maintain tracking documents for all sponsorship-related digital offers. Serve as the point of contact for the Customer Care team on offer-related issues or escalations. Work closely with the legal team and external partners to draft and finalize sweepstakes terms and conditionsoften requiring multiple rounds of revisions and approvals.
