Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, digital asset creation, copywriting, social media management, and customer relationship management. This role will involve maintaining the company’s online presence, creating engaging content, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities Website Management Update and manage the back-office system, ensuring the website is current, functional, and user-friendly. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal operation. Digital Asset Creation Manage with the agency the development and adaptation of digital assets, including graphics, banners, and multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Copywriting & Translation Write, edit, and translate content for various campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring all materials align with the company’s tone and style guidelines. Produce compelling copy for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media updates. Social Media Management Create localized content plans across various social media channels. Manage online community engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and monitor social media performance. Oversee the overall strategy for social media growth and engagement. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Build and maintain a comprehensive local customer database. Collect and analyze customer data to design and implement effective CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to improve customer retention and conversion rates. Qualifications Proven experience in website management and digital marketing. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and community management. Experience with CRM tools and strategies.
