POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this role, you will develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing and eCommerce strategies that drive customer engagement (B2C and B2B), lead generation, and brand awareness. You will manage third-party agencies, ad networks, and other service providers while partnering closely with cross-functional teams—eCommerce & digital marketing developers, product managers, sales managers, SBU leaders, and business stakeholders—to build scalable solutions that keep our digital presence fresh and effective.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract management with creative, media buying, and production agencies, ensuring clear debriefs and smooth execution of campaigns across India and export markets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel digital strategies that span content marketing, social media, eCommerce, web, search, applications, and digital advertising (SEO, marketing automation, etc.).
• Oversee day-to-day social media activity (planning, posting, engagement, community management) to maintain brand consistency and manage leads through channels such as Indiamart, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create impactful and locally relevant digital content (images, videos, infographics) by collaborating with global and local product managers, GCX teams, and creative agencies to ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Lead demand generation campaigns and manage resources, budgets, and optimization to boost ROI and achieve business goals—driving quality leads into the sales pipeline.
• Partner with Commercial IT and other internal teams to evaluate and enhance digital tools and platforms, including app development, connected tools, and responsive sites/landing pages.
• Ensure digital catalogs are current and aligned with quarterly product priorities by working closely with SBU leaders and marketing teams.
• Maintain ongoing, clear communication with all stakeholders, including channel partners, to align on digital order management tools, campaign rollout, and training needs.
• Use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES:
• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated proficiency in web development and marketing projects, working closely with IT on integrations.
• Strong knowledge of web marketing tools, CMS platforms, social media, SEO, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and agencies, balancing creative excellence with budgetary targets.
• Familiarity with content management systems, product information management systems, and digital asset management platforms.
• Experience with mobile marketing and commercialization, including mobile app development and responsive design.
• Strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills; exceptional follow-through on execution.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Independent, creative self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and bring value-added thinking to cross-functional business processes.
