Digital Marketing Specialist

It supports and promotes business growth by bringing their digital marketing expertise and practice through Google suite of services, as well as Adobe (Experience Manager & Target): Paid Digital Ads & analytic, Google Business Profile, Web Content administration, content SEO, AEO … The scope covers all EU countries and 3 business groups.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Google

Google Advertising (EMEA scope) : Lead operations for all social paid advertising, with a strong focus on Google advertising. Handle a yearly budget over 100k€ for 15+ businesses (Countries, Business Units, Enterprise, HR). Lead associated training for all Marcoms professionals on these activities. Will be responsible for driving 40-50% of the traffic to Emerson Exchange 2026, Dubai site. Google Analytics and Advertising Dashboards : implementation of European dashboards in particular for demonstrating the ROI for all Google Ads in place, by campaign and for each owner. Implement full ROI reporting for digital campaigns (from Ads to macro conversion e.g. registration or asset download) - Looker StudioAEO (aka Answer Engine Optimization) : growing the traffic to our Emerson.com pages by improving how AI’s scan and understand our content in non-English languages and build the corresponding KPIs dashboards – This assumes that this task is performed by the global businesses in English. SEO (aka Search Engine Optimization): improve or keep up the visibility and engagement to Emerson.com in languages via traditional search engines (focus on Google). This is done by optimizing the performance of key content elements on localized rich content pages across Europe. This excludes product catalog pages. Review and implement changes to our webpages in collaboration with local SMEs to keep the KPIs up. The scope of action includes European country sites with a focus on the Tier 1 languages in Europe, besides English: DE IT FR ES. More details in the Annex. Google Business Profiles (aka GbP and formally GoogleMyBusiness): continue to supervise and reclaim new GbP records and handle / normalize their display centrally for all Emerson businesses in Europe in collaboration with local site admins. This include the Emerson branding which must be aligned in all circumstance. Report results on a bi-yearly basis: traffic, conversions.

Adobe Experience Manager Country Web Rollout EMEA Lead

Lead the definition, and implementation of the future Country Home Sites (CHS) in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target (live April 2026)

Support Marketing Directors in developing the requirements for “local country pages”. This phase requires a global consensus.Build POC then pilot new version of thee CHS and peripheral pages for approval with other country owners.Coordinate the roll-out and population of these pages. There will be approximately 30 countries served, in totalImplements dynamic metric report for distribution world-wide in coop with Global Digital Intelligence Team, focusing on these CHS.Suggest a content management process for these CHS – in particular for world areas with a large number of countries (Europe). Builds associated documentation for future generations of content admins.

For This Role, You Will Need:

5 years of work experience, preferably in Digital Marketing & AdvertisingGoogle Digital Marketing Certification Google Ads Crucial Training A confirmed experience is setting up and handling Google Search Ad or Google Ad or Google Display Ad(verts) and cost per Click to ROI calculations Google Analytics 4 or GA4 dashboards YouTube Video Ads. Technical SEO or content Search Engine Optimization Web Authoring intermediate level, HMTL, Java Script, CSSProficient in English (spoken and written)Affinity with languages. Reading capabilities in German, Italian, French, Spanish are a plus.
