Crocs Korea is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across paid, affiliate, and owned media channels. This role will manage digital campaigns, analyze performance, and support cross-functional initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and revenue. Ideal for a hands-on marketer eager to make an impact in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
What You'll DoPaid & Affiliate Media
Execute paid campaigns (Search, Retargeting, Social, Display) with agency support
Manage affiliate programs (promotions, coupons, cashback)
Explore and test new media channels
Owned Media & CRM
Manage digital touchpoints (Email, Kakao, App) to drive retention
Align content and messaging with brand and business goals
Use segmentation and personalization to grow reach and loyalty
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs (revenue, ROAS, CTR, CVR), generate insights
Recommend actions to improve campaign performance
Commercial & Technical Initiatives
Support eCommerce traffic and conversion efforts
Collaborate on technical projects to enhance marketing infrastructure
Operational Support
Coordinate POs, PRs, and budget tracking with Finance
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities
What You'll Bring to the Tableducation
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
3–6 years in digital marketing, ideally in FMCG, fashion, or eCommerce
Proven experience managing performance media and driving results
Technical project experience a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong grasp of digital funnels and performance metrics
Able to juggle multiple campaigns with precision
Analytical, data-savvy, and insight-driven
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Collaborative communicator with a proactive mindset
