The Digital Marketing Specialist 2 is responsible for the creation, optimization, execution, and analysis of the company's paid digital marketing as it applies to the company's owned website properties.
What you will be doing Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies across platforms such as search, display, social media and pay per click landing pages. Provide support to other digital marketing team members in execution of integrated digital advertising campaigns Support the development of buyer-centric web site navigation to enhance the user journey and improve conversion outcomes. Collaborate with content producers and determine the best content to to promote across syndication channels – including paid, shared and social channels Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize PPC campaign performance. Test the performance of landing pages, promotional content, and product placement to inform campaign optimization Monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics using established program measurement methodologies Coordinate with Program Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, and product marketing to align paid digital efforts with broader campaign initiatives Report on global campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements to enhance digital presence and ROI Contribute to the development and management of paid digital budgets Consistently provide input on changes to the overall digital marketing function to meet market changes, competitive threats or to support strategic plans; grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field Experience working with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools Experience with digital marketing systems (e.g. marketing automation, web analytics, ad platforms) Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Good facilitation and project management skill Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Good analytical, attention to detail and problem solving ability Accomplished at making complex concepts easily understood and remembered Interpersonal skills with a history of building productive relationships Ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Up to 5% travel time required Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
