**Job Summary:**
CBRE’s go-to-market strategy is to continue to develop an issues/solutions-led approach, as the firm seeks to provide its clients with insight around major issues affecting their business and the support to solve them. Marketing plays a crucial role in this by instigating and managing end-to-end campaigns that start in the media and digital space with brand building around key issues, through to developing relevant and timely content for relationship building in the boardroom which result in generating profitable and sustainable revenue.
**Job Descriptions:**
Platform Management and Optimization:
+ Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
+ Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
+ Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize platform configurations, workflows, and data integrations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Integration:
+ Data Integration: Ensure seamless data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, such as CRM and analytics platforms.
Collaboration and Support:
+ User Training: Provide training and support to users of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize its features.
+ Connection to Global teams: Work closely with Global Marketing and D&T teams to troubleshoot issues and implement functionality improvements.
Compliance and Best Practices:
+ Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
+ Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference and training purposes.
Campaign Management:
+ Email Marketing: Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and deployment.
+ Journey Builder: Utilize Journey Builder to create and manage customer journeys, ensuring personalized and relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
+ Automation: Implement and manage automation solutions to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign efficiency.
+ Audience Segmentation: Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups and improve campaign relevance.
**Requirements:**
+ At least 3 years and above of experience & knowledge in digital marketing campaign, digital marketing platform automation and management.
+ Excellence knowledge of user journey design, email marketing, database management and AI tools.
+ Advanced knowledge/experience in website management/development – HTML/PHP/SQL/Python are preferred programming languages
+ Define marketing preferences strategy for business partners and stakeholders, providing recommendations and executing solutions and best practices to support their martech stacks and marketing automation objectives.
