The future is our choice
At Atos, as the global leader in secure and decarbonized digital, our purpose is to help design the future of the information space. Together we bring the diversity of our people’s skills and backgrounds to make the right choices with our clients, for our company and for our own futures.
As a Digital Marketing Manager in our Growth Office, you’ll be at the center of how Atos connects with its most strategic clients. From running high-impact LinkedIn campaigns to enabling colleagues on our MarTech stack, you’ll make digital campaigns, data, and reporting the driving force behind growth.
This is a hands-on role in a lean, ambitious team where no two days are the same. You’ll balance the precision of campaign execution with the creativity of building something new and you’ll do it in close partnership with sales, account, and bid teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) end-to-end, from set-up and targeting through to creative uploads, budget allocation, and performance optimization. Reporting & insights: Build dashboards and reporting packs that turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights for account and bid teams. MarTech enablement: Support colleagues in getting the most out of our stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Momentum, GoToWebinar), ensuring smooth lead capture, data flows, and attribution tracking. Budget tracking: Monitor and reconcile spend, making sure budgets are allocated and reported correctly across accounts and bids.
Job Requirements:
Solid experience in planning, running, and optimizing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn essential; other channels a plus). Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Momentum). Experience in B2B marketing, with an understanding of ABM and DBM would be a strong advantage. Previous experience in IT services or another complex, consultative industry would be a strong advantage. Proven ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Strong communicator, able to work across marketing, sales, and account teams. Above all, you care about impact: making campaigns work harder and smarter for the business.
