City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and community impact across four thriving markets: Wichita, Des Moines, Northwest Arkansas, and Springfield. Based in Wichita, this role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on strategy, collaboration, and results. You’ll be at the heart of building brand visibility—designing and executing strategic campaigns, partnering with a local marketing firm to produce high-quality digital content, and creating engaging community initiatives that showcase City Wide’s values. Your efforts will directly support sales and operations, ensuring our message resonates with clients, prospects, and communities alike. This is a closely managed role with clear performance goals and commission opportunities, giving you the chance to directly see the impact of your work. Requirements Key Responsibilities + Lead Strategy & Branding: Develop and execute location-specific marketing strategies that align with City Wide’s brand voice and growth goals. + Empower Sales & Operations: Provide Sales Executives and Facility Solutions Managers with tailored marketing collateral, presentations, and tools to win and retain business. + Drive Digital Engagement: Plan and launch impactful digital campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising, ensuring content is engaging and relevant. + Collaborate on Creative Content: Work closely with our local marketing firm to design compelling social media content and campaigns that elevate our online presence. + Champion Community Impact: Coordinate sponsorships, volunteer events, and community partnerships across all territories, highlighting City Wide’s commitment to giving back. + Promote Company Culture: Lead Impact Committee initiatives, telling our story through social outreach, events, and employee engagement campaigns. + Keep Us Connected: Manage website updates, maintain social media channels, and oversee CRM contact lists for accurate, timely communication. + Engage Across Markets: Travel quarterly to Des Moines, NWA, and Springfield to support events, campaigns, and team collaboration. + Measure What Matters: Track and report on key marketing metrics each month, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
