Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing online sales and traffic from our digital channels. This position will assist in creating digital strategies and managing the day-to-day as well as identifying, researching and analyzing potential opportunities for growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will be strategic, analytical, and creative, using problem-solving skills to build strategies that will deliver against marketing campaigns and company goals.

This role will work with many cross-functional partners to execute strategies, investigate issues, share insights and solve problems, so collaboration and communication are critical for this role.

Responsibilities Channels include but not limited to Programmatic remarketing and prospecting and socialSelects and coordinates the execution of multi-channel, full-funnel, digital media campaigns through approved agencies and partnersWorks with agency on development of benchmarks and KPIs for each channel Ensures all decisions for online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars and business needsCreates and plans messaging in line with campaigns and brand standards Use internal data, paid media best practices, and business intelligence to recommend segmentation and targeting strategies to drive conversions.Conducts analytic deep-dives of critical business issues that impact performance and translate the findings into actionable plansDaily observation of business performance to identify risks, new opportunities and industry trendsResponsible for agency coordination to ensure campaigns are delivering on desired KPIs and stays on budgetActs as subject matter expert by keeping up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends and targeting strategiesCommunicates objectives and results to key stakeholders Occasional and minimal weekends, nights, and holiday hours as needed throughout year; will partner with the Content & PR Marketing Manager during activations for successful executionMust be able to work in a fast paced environment that may require off-property events and appointments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or equivalent background+3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketingKnowledge of digital landscape and how paid media is applied throughout marketing funnel Comfortable with pulling and manipulating data using web analytics tools such as, Google Analytics certified beginners and advance Adobe creative cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustration; CanvaExperience with Meta analytics, ad creation, and managing campaignsDemonstrated ability to use the results of analysis to make effective strategic decisions and recommendations Excellent written and oral communications skillsMust be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as neededExperience in hospitality or travel industry recommendedProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The annual salary range is $60,000 - $76,000 (this position is not bonus eligible)
