Digital Marketing Manager
Design and implement a digital marketing strategy to develop the hotel brand.Manage online campaigns including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.Optimize website performance in terms of SEO and user experience (UX).Analyze data and provide periodic reports on campaign performance.Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technology teams to implement digital projects.Monitor current digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.Manage digital advertising budgets and review Return on Investment (ROI).

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.Successful experience in designing and implementing digital campaigns.Experience in managing teams or online marketing projects.Fluency in English is a priority.Skilled in data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making.Creative, customer-oriented, and results-oriented attitude.Capable of managing time and multiple projects simultaneously.
