Digital Marketing Manager

**Role Overview:**
+ Responsible for the strategic planning, execution and optimsation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (Line, YouTube), email, SEO and website, to drive awareness , engagement and demand.
+ Assist the regional digital marketing manager in executing various digital marketing tasks and providing support for all digital initiatives.
+ Oversee website and social media (Line & YouTube) management, including content updates, campaign development, SEO, user experience optimization, and follower engagement strategies
+ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for all business channels.
+ Work closely with the Taiwan sales and marketing teams to align campaign priorities and the Regional Marketing team to coordinate and execute local digital tasks.
+ Generate metrics reports for all digital platforms.
+ Support in technology projects from a regional perspective to ensure alignment with business and L&C requirements.
+ Conduct regular website audits to assess site performance, usability, content accuracy and security standards.
+ Manage campaign vendors and digital agencies.
+ Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and the best practices, and identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and results
+ Conduct competitor analysis and market research, monitoring industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
**The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, experience in investment management industry is a plus;
+ Deep knowledge of various digital platforms combine with strong digital campaign delivery skills as nell as experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms
+ Expertise in HTML, email marketing tools (e.g Eloqua), content management systems (e.g. Sitecore), social media and analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) tools.
+ Be a proactive, self-motivated, dynamic self-starter, and able to work independently;
+ Able to work in a global, multi-cultural organization. Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
+ Experience in a foreign financial institution will be an advantage;
+ Degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in Marketing, Journalism or Finance.
