Digital Marketing Manager, North America

Quanex is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, North America to join our team located in Akron, Ohio, Houston, Texas, Mounds View, Minnesota, Owatonna, Minnesota, or Statesville, North Carolina.

The Digital Marketing Manager, North America is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, tracking, and optimizing all website related digital marketing content and campaigns for Quanex brands in the North American market. In this role, the digital marketing manager will manage all website properties in the Quanex’s North American digital ecosystem including the Quanex corporate site, the North America product site, and any ecommerce sites associated with our business segments. They will also lead email marketing initiatives for North America ensuring timely and informative customer communications. They will be forward-thinking and stay up to date on all digital marketing trends that could take Quanex to the next level.

What You’ll do

Oversee all content development, optimization, maintenance, compliance, and updating of North American website properties Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns ensuring trackability and ROI Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion, effective resource allocation, and act as the liaison with product marketing, sales, and other functional areas that provide content inputs for the website properties Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance including but not limited to CTR, CR, and CPA, providing regular reporting and insights to Director. They identify areas of improvement and optimize content or campaigns for better results Use online tools to ensure all website content is optimized for organic search striving for Quanex to rank on page one of Google for identified set of keyword targets Work with the Global Social Media Manager to ensure an end-to-end customer experience across Quanex’s digital ecosystem Work with product marketing to ensure any external marketing campaigns are properly tagged and tracked back to a Quanex digital property Build and maintain day to day relationships with vendors, agencies, and other digital marketing partners to ensure success of the Quanex digital marketing program

 Your Credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing is required 5+ years of digital marketing experience: As a candidate you should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, tools, and trends, gained through previous experience Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and projects Experience is digital marketing strategy development and execution Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/AEO, marketing databases, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns Experience developing and optimizing website landing pages Solid knowledge of data analytics and interpreting the data to improve performance Workable understanding of digital marketing tools including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Meta Tools, LinkedIn, CMS Platforms (WordPress), Commerce Tools (Shopify), Automated Marketing Tools (Klayvio), Social Media Tools (Sprout), and CRM Systems (Dynamics), Project Management Tools (Wrike) etc Understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, AEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong leadership and project management skills

The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $114,000 with bonus potential.
